It takes a community to stage a theatre!
The production and performances of one of America’s oldest community theatres can’t happen without the support of the Cape Ann community and beyond.
The Annisquam Village Players are grateful for the continued support it receives from the local community and lovers of musical theatre near and far. It’s your donations and support that help us bring the joys of musical theatre production to the young and old. For decades, the AVP has fostered a welcoming community environment, providing scholarships and the opportunity for all ages to participate in the musical theatre arts.
There are many ways to support this year’s show
Producer Level – (SOLD) – $2,000 – Presenting logo on Program cover, logo on promotional banners and flyer, full-page ad inside front cover 4.5” x 7.5”, company name highlighted in show, logo linked on website, company name mentioned in all press and social media, 6 reserved tickets, special shout-outs on social media.
Stage Level – (One Remaining) – $1,500 – Banner on site, half-page ad on first page 4.5” x 3.75”, company name on promotional flyer and banner; logo linked on website, company name mentioned in written press release, 4 reserved tickets, shout-outs on AVP social media.
Spotlight Level – (SOLD) – $1,000 – Back cover, full-page ad 4.5” x 7.5”
Orchestra – Inside back cover- (one available) – $750
Box Office Level – (Unlimited) – $375 – Full page ad 4.5″ x 7.5″
Footlights Level – (Unlimited) – $200 – Half-page ad 4.5″ x 3.75″
Stagehands Level – (Unlimited) – $75 – Business card ad 3.5″ x 2″, (include business card)
Send a Shout Out to the Cast & Crew – (Unlimited) – $40 – Fill out this online form to provide words of encouragement, well wishes – and hopes of broken legs – to the cast and crew or special someone involved in the production. Your messages will appear in the show’s program.
Ads are to be camera ready, black & white, high-resolution pdf or jpg (pdf preferred), with embedded font, logos/graphics/photos. Deadline is July 15, 2026.
